Terms & Conditions 12joker – Your Rights and Responsibilities

In this Terms & Conditions document, the following words and expressions have the meanings set out below:

• "12joker" / "We" / "Platform" – refers to the business entity that operates the 12joker.xyz website and all related services.
• "Member" / "Player" / "You" – refers to any individual who has registered an account and/or is using the Platform's services.
• "Account" – refers to the personal user account registered under your name on the 12joker Platform.
• "Funds" – refers to the MYR balance held in your account on the Platform.
• "Bonus" – refers to free credits, bonus funds, free spins, or any other promotional incentive awarded by 12joker to a Member.
• "Rollover" / "Wagering Requirement" – refers to the minimum wagering amount that must be met before a Bonus can be converted into withdrawable funds.
• "Games" – refers to all online casino games available on the Platform, including but not limited to baccarat, blackjack, roulette, jackpot slots, and table games.
• "Sports Betting" – refers to all Sports Betting activities, including badminton, football, and other live matches available on the Platform.
• "Payment Method" – refers to the deposit and withdrawal methods approved by the Platform, namely Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, GrabPay, FPX, Boost, and ShopeePay.

By accessing or using the 12joker Platform in any way – including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, playing games, or placing bets – you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and 12joker. If you are acting on behalf of a business entity or organisation, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

12joker reserves the right to modify, amend, add to, or remove any part of these Terms at any time, with reasonable notice provided to Members via their registered email or in-Platform notifications.

To register and use the 12joker Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years at the time of registration.
• Has full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• Not be located in a jurisdiction that prohibits or restricts online gambling.
• Register using personal information that is truthful, accurate, and up to date.
• Has never had an account terminated on the 12joker Platform previously due to a breach of Terms.
• Registering personally and not on behalf of another party.

12joker reserves the right to request identity and age verification documents at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or termination.

During the 12joker registration process, you are required to provide accurate and truthful information, including your full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. Providing false or misleading information may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account on the 12joker Platform. This covers one account per name, email address, phone number, IP address, and payment method. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same individual, the following actions will be taken:

• Immediate termination of all associated accounts.
• Forfeiture of all funds and bonuses across all associated accounts.
• Permanent ban from registering any new account on the 12joker Platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. 12joker will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep this information secure. Please contact our support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

All financial transactions on the 12joker Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods are as follows:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet – Instant processing.
• DuitNow – Instant processing.
• GrabPay – Instant processing.
• FPX – Maybank2u – Instant processing during bank operating hours.
• FPX – CIMB Clicks – Instant processing during bank operating hours.
• Boost – Instant processing.
• ShopeePay – Instant processing.

The minimum deposit amount is RM 10 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary depending on your payment method and membership tier. 12joker does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your digital wallet provider or bank may impose their own charges, which are beyond our control.

Deposited funds may only be used for gambling on the 12joker Platform and cannot be transferred to other users. 12joker reserves the right to conduct compliance checks before processing any financial transaction. Funds suspected of originating from illegal sources will be frozen and reported to the relevant authorities.

Withdrawal requests can be submitted at any time via the "Withdrawal" section in your account. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.

The minimum withdrawal limit is RM 30 per transaction. Processing time is between 1 and 3 business hours for most requests. However, large withdrawals or those requiring additional security review may take up to 24 hours.

Withdrawal conditions that must be met:

• The account has completed the full identity verification process (KYC).
• No active investigation or security review is currently being conducted on the account.
• All rollover requirements for bonuses received have been fully met.
• The chosen withdrawal method must match the original deposit method.

12joker reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing large or unusual withdrawals. Failure to provide the required documents within 72 hours may result in delays or rejection of the withdrawal request.

12joker offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to Members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in each promotional offer. General conditions applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per Member, unless otherwise stated.
• The welcome bonus is only available to new Members who have not previously registered on the Platform.
• Rollover requirements must be met within the specified validity period. Bonuses that expire will be automatically forfeited.
• During an active rollover period, withdrawals may be restricted. Please check the specific terms of each promotion.
• Bonuses obtained through unauthorised methods, system manipulation, or promotion abuse will be forfeited without notice.

12joker reserves the right to determine whether any playing activity qualifies toward the rollover requirement. 12joker's decision in this matter is final.

All casino games offered on the 12joker Platform – including baccarat, blackjack, roulette, jackpot slots, and table games – have specific rules displayed within each game's interface. The general rules that apply across all games are:

• RNG (Random Number Generator) game results recorded by the system are final and cannot be disputed.
• In the event of a technical disruption, 12joker reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account.
• The use of automation software, bots, or any tools intended to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Manipulating gameplay by any means, including exploiting bugs or system vulnerabilities, constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.

For live dealer games, interactions with the dealer must be conducted respectfully and professionally. 12joker reserves the right to remove a player from a live table if they behave rudely, make threats, or disrupt the dealer or other players.

The 12joker Sports Betting section covers a wide range of sports including badminton, football (Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, and other leagues), and live matches across multiple disciplines. General conditions applicable to all sports bets:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except under the circumstances outlined in our cancellation policy.
• If a match is postponed or cancelled, bets will be fully refunded unless otherwise stated in the relevant market rules.
• Bets placed based on insider information or match manipulation will be voided and the relevant accounts will be investigated.
• 12joker reserves the right to limit or decline any wager without providing a reason.
• In the event of a dispute regarding match results, official sources (BWF for badminton, FA Malaysia for the Super League, etc.) will serve as the final reference.
• Odds displayed for live (in-play) betting may change at any time. Bets that have been accepted and confirmed at specific odds will not be affected by any subsequent odds changes.

12joker reserves the right to suspend or freeze bets suspected of being linked to match-fixing while an investigation is carried out by the relevant sporting authority.

12joker takes the data security and privacy of every Member seriously. Our platform uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all communications between your device and our servers. Personal information provided during registration and use of our Platform will be processed in accordance with our detailed Privacy Policy.

12joker's use of your personal information is limited to:

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 12joker Platform and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Collusion between players in poker or any other multi-player game.
• Exploiting system bugs, software errors, or technical vulnerabilities on the Platform.
• Unauthorised chargebacks filed through a payment provider.
• Use of funds derived from illegal activities or money laundering.
• Threats, intimidation, or harassment directed at 12joker staff or other players.
• Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the Platform's technical infrastructure.
• Creating a new account after a previous account was terminated by 12joker.
• Abuse of bonuses or promotions in a manner not intended by the promotion's terms.

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, 12joker shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from:

• Game or betting outcomes that result in financial losses to the Member.
• Service disruptions, server downtime, or technical issues beyond our reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from use of the Platform.
• Your decision to play or place bets based on information from third-party sources.

12joker provides this Platform on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. 12joker's maximum aggregate liability to any Member shall not exceed the total amount of deposits actually made by that Member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

You may close your account on the 12joker Platform at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any eligible funds (not subject to rollover requirements) will be returned to you via your original payment method following the required verification process.

12joker reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Member's account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or use of the Platform.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Requests from relevant legal or regulatory authorities.
• Confirmation that a Member is under 18 years of age.
• Discovery of multiple accounts held by the same individual.

In the event of termination due to a breach of these Terms, 12joker reserves the right to forfeit all remaining funds and bonuses in the account. Members whose accounts are terminated for breach will not be eligible to re-register.

12joker reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any material changes via their registered email or an in-Platform notification at least 7 days before the amendments take effect, except in urgent situations that require immediate action.

Amended terms will take effect after reasonable notice has been given to Members. Continued use of the Platform after the amendment's effective date will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If you disagree with any amendment, you should stop using the Platform and close your account.

The "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this document indicates when these Terms were last revised and came into effect.
